The Sufferfest

The Sufferfest ERG file Spreadsheet is no longer being updated. I still love the Sufferfest videos but I stopped using the spreadsheet/Racermate software in favor of TrainerRoad and recently switched from the CompuTrainer to a Wahoo Kickr.  I am working with a fellow Sufferlandrian to host the spreadsheet elsewhere and put it under a license that will allow anyone to update it if they desire.  Personally, after switching to TrainerRoad, I can’t imagine going back to the spreadsheet.  I never imagined that anyone, other than me, would ever give it a try but it has been downloaded many, many times. Thank you for using it and for the feedback I’ve received about it.
